The May 12 earthquake in Wenchuan, Sichuan province, was a terrible tragedy. All of us at Universal deeply express our sincere sympathy and support to those who were affected by the earthquake. We also thank all our suppliers and partners abroad who have sent their condolences and offered support.

In order to help the earthquake victims and assist with the response and rebuilding efforts, Universal has donated RMB 50,000 via the Hong Kong Red Cross, as well as given 200 portable generators to the Sichuan Province Aba Prefecture Civil Administration to help with the relief efforts.
