Universal’s Shanghai office moves to a new location

On November 26, 2008, Universal’s Shanghai office moved to new offices in the recently completed Enterprise Square building, a Kerry Properties investment located near the city’s main rail station. Many new Grade A office buildings are being built in the neighborhood, and the area will develop into a central business district within the next one to two years.

Continued company growth and expansion had led to Universal’s previous facilities in Xujiahui’s Junyao International Plaza to be insufficient for the company’s needs. Therefore, Universal’s owner Alice Hung decided to purchase over 500 square meters of new office space in Enterprise Square. The new premises offer better facilities, room for continued expansion, and a convenient location right next to the subway.
